Same-Day Dispatch

Same-Day dispatch is only available Monday – Friday when an order is placed before 11am.

Same-Day dispatch is only applicable for Premium Delivery orders and Standard Delivery orders. Economy Delivery orders are not dispatched the Same-Day due to the longer delivery window.

Same-Day dispatch is not available for personalised products, such as our personalised name tags.

Standard Delivery

Our £3.99 standard delivery is provided by Royal Mail 48-hour, this service takes 2-4 business days. Upon dispatch your parcel will typically take 2-3 working days to be delivered. 

*Please note, if you have ordered a personalised name tag, it will add a week onto the dispatch time off your order. This means that it will not be delivered in 2-4 business days.*

Premium Delivery

Our £5.49 premium delivery is provided by Royal Mail 24-hour, this service takes 1-3 business days. Upon dispatch your parcel will typically get delivered the next working day. 

*Please note, if you have ordered a personalised name tag, it will add a week onto the dispatch time off your order. This means that it will not be delivered in 1-3 business days.*

Non-Mainland UK Delivery

All deliveries that are within the UK, but not located within the UK mainland will take 4-7 business days to be delivered. For these deliveries, we use Royal Mail First Class.

Returns

Our policy allows 14 days. 

Will happily give you a Refund if your purchase is returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

 Your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

All items returned must have all original labels and stickers.

Unfortunately we cannot cover return shipping costs and any shipping costs previously paid will not be reimbursed. 

Breakages

We pride ourselves on how we wrap and dispatch your products, but occasionally some products do arrive damaged or broken. If this happens to you please send an email to:

Please ensure you include your name, order number and images of the damaged product.

Once this has been sent, we will organise a replacement and arrange for the damaged item to be returned to ourselves
